- Any products bought from the sale or any offer are not eligible for exchange or return.
- All items bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchange or return.
- A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
- In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to report it within 24-48 hrs of delivery.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns and exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, footwear should not be soiled or used. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
- For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
- In case you have received any damaged product or wrong product, we will provide free of cost exchange and returns.
How to request a return?

The company holds the right to reject a return request.
Raw videos and pictures need to be attached to your Return request.
In case, we receive a damaged or used, or soiled product, you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. No refunds, exchange or credit notes will be provided to you.
In case, there is damage caused while opening the packet or in any way by the customer, there will be no refunds or credit notes will be provided to you. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged.
ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.
Return / Exchange Process: In order to return/exchange a pair of shoes, customers can email us at email@example.com and the team will help you out.
The minimum cost of Rs 170 is charged for the reverse exchange.
It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )
Please note that once a pickup request is approved, it needs to be resolved within a week. Requesting for pick up after 7 days won't be entertained.
The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us in case of damage or wrong product.
The pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

How to use a Jiha Credit Note:
- Jiha Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
- On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
- The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given
- For any issues in using the credit note code please contact our customer care team for assistance
Within 24 -48 hours of receiving the product, We will immediately notify you of the status of your credit note after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate your credit note.
Within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped out, you can send us an email regarding cancelation with reason, once cancelation is approved within 48 hours refund will be processed in the form of a credit note. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
REVERSE PICK UP:
The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.
If reverse pick-up is not available, we request you to send the product back to the address we will provide you.
Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for the Replaced product?
No, the product can be only replaced once. Also, you cannot opt for a credit note for a replacement product.
Please note, the amount will be credited for the items only, other fees like shipping fees, cod service charges, etc., are non-refundable.
For the complete process, it takes around 2 weeks.
There are some exceptions in return policies of some items
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
Some products like jewelry, belts , watches, lingerie and selected products which are susceptible to damage and are worth Rs.899 or below cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then your gift item also needs to be returned in order to process the required refund.
Jiha will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Jiha would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.
ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
- All footwear at jiha is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
- Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoebox.
- Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
- Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
